Efforts to eliminate health disparities must incorporate strategies to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health care as well...

"Congregational Health Ministry Survey Report," - The Congregational Health Ministry Survey was conducted by the National Council of Churches USA, with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to document the amount of congregational activity addressing health issues.

RWJF focuses on the pressing health and health care issues facing our country.  The Foundation works with a diverse group of organizations and individuals to identify solutions and achieve comprehensive, meaningful and timely change.
