Tia has a MPA in Human Resources (thesis pending, Central Michigan University) and Bachelor of Administration (University of Memphis), and completed a Senior Executive Fellowship at Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Spanning nearly 25 years of experience from staff assistant (member of Congress) to the Director of Legislative Affairs for the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation, she offers a wide range of skills in leadership, management and administrative experience, as well as, insight to business administration.
Her experience in congressional, federal and private service in the areas of legislative affairs, administrative management, and natural resources conservation legislative policy has prepared her to create her own business that focuses on providing professional support in administration and operations. With a heart for benevolence ministries, she lends her vision and leadership as the President of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping widows, orphans, grandparents who are raising their children in and the socially challenged in the Washington Metropolitan area. She is a licensed minister with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee.
